SMS Terms

What we text

Famous Studio SMS sends automated text messages with one-time sign-in codes and account security notices to the mobile number you add to your Famous Studio account. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you sign in or verify your account. We do not send marketing texts under this consent.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually one text per sign-in or verification attempt. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP

Reply STOP to any Famous Studio text to cancel at any time. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL also work. You will get one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts after that. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of texts does not delete your account.

Reply HELP for help, or email support@famous.studio.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send these texts and to secure your account. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers such as Twilio that deliver the messages for us. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

These SMS Terms are governed by Arizona law, except where federal law applies. We may update them, and we will change the effective date when we do.
